HE&M provides complimentary phone technical support.

Due to the complicated nature of our equipment we can not walk you through a complete product rebuild but we can provide basic trouble shooting information and help connect you to our service department if more advanced intervention is required.

Our technical assistance hotline is not outsourced and does not read from a scripted flow chart.  The tech line is not meant to help you rebuild your saw over the phone or talk you through a major repair.  The tech line is provided to help you diagnose issues with the hope of providing a quick fix over the phone and if a quick solution is not available we will help set up a service technician to come out and fix the issue.
